Project Details
This is a contract to hire position helping to enhance our Mobile offerings. Responsibilities are defined below as well as additional skills.
Responsibilities:
The mobile application packager will convert mobile applications source media to application packages for delivery through mobile management solutions such as Airwatch. Additional responsibilities will include research and discovery for application requests, creation/enhancement of the application governance process, quality assurance of packaged applications, managing applications in development and production environments, and break/fix support and end-user interaction. This person will also be responsible for developing release and deploy practices for transition to other teammates over time. Recommended technical skills include an understanding of xcode, application signing (certificates), Java keytools, app wrapping, vbscript and batch scripting languages. Knowledge and understanding of a Mobile Application Management (MAM) solution with use of an Enterprise app store is desired. Familiarity with iOS and Android operating systems/devices is a must. Understanding of application release lifecycles as well as ITIL Service Management Framework is desired.
