Job Title: Core Desktop Engineer - Level 3 Desktop Support
Contract Duration: 6+ months
Work Location: Boston, MA
Skills Required:
· Solid background in Level 3 Desktop support, including Group Policy troubleshooting in an enterprise wide environment.
· Experience with Beyond Trust and/or has worked in an environment where users are not permitted to have admin level access to their desktops.
· Office 2010 including Windows 7 and 10 is required.
· Enterprise and Embedded experience is required knowledge of Windows 7, 10, IE and Chrome configuration settings.
· Any experience with SCCM 2012 is a plus
· Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work extensively with vendor support teams while communicating with challenging. clients
· Must have good troubleshooting skills, ability to work independently and think “outside the box”.
