Job Description:
CA Business Analyst:
• Responsible for documenting and understanding clients needs or changes throughout the product workflow design and configuration activities
• Comfortable with working collaboratively with team members and able to take direction from other team members or provide input as needed.
• Current and expanding knowledge in the Care Management processes: Utilization Management, Case Management, Disease Management
• Proficient in the Standard Solution offering for CareAdvance Enterprise including standard workflows , supplement documents and related workbooks.
• Provide functional CareAdvance product knowledge related to the various client requirements
• Maintain and document action items and outstanding issues. Closely monitor each action item to ensure timely and accurate follow up. Report outstanding items to individuals and/or the team on an ongoing basis.
• Provide weekly status report to the Clinical/Product Lead while on a project.
Computer Skills:
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Good knowledge Microsoft PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Visio
Other Abilities:
• Advanced mathematics aptitude
• Advanced communication capabilities
• Advanced organizational abilities
• Advanced comprehension capabilities
