Candidate Must have experience testing Web and Mobile Applications.  Candidate must have Automation and Manual Testing exp.   Candidate Must be Local to MA and have great communication skills.

The QA Analyst will play a key role in the test specification, test design and scripting, and test execution for the implementation of BCG's world-wide recruiting technology platform.  Systems incorporate both vendor products and new custom development.  Working with the HR systems group, global Recruiting function, BCG IT, and select partners to help define the test cases required to cover all the system functionality and reporting related to the rollout of the new system. The QA Analyst will participate in all phases of testing, including system testing, user acceptance testing and review of user documentation. This position will take direction from a Project Leader.  This role is temporary and currently planned for a 6 month time period. 

BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•             Develop understanding of project scope to include system features, configuration features, and recruiting process requirements

•             Draft complex test scenarios and scripts for team and UAT execution

•             Collaborate with developers and project team members to ensure test cases cover full system scope, results are communicated correctly to development, and fixes are validated

•             Execute test scripts for web-based solutions, document defects, and manage regression tests for fixes

•             Execute test scripts for mobile apps, document defects, and manage regression tests for fixes

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•             5+ years of experience writing test case scenarios, executing test plans, and documenting results

•             Experience testing web-based and mobile applications

•             Experience supporting functional business users in a user acceptance testing phase.

•             Experience working with both end users and IT.

•             Power user with Microsoft Office products (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc.).

•             Functional understanding of relational database technologies.

•             Bachelors degree in related area.
