Role – QA Tester
Location – Boston MA
This candidate will need to Have Healthcare and HIX (Healthcare Exchange) experience.
Strongly prefer MA HIX experience but will take from any state.
User Experience Tester ("UAT Tester") to support the Massachusetts Health Insurance Exchange/Integrated Eligibility Systems Project ("MA HIX/IES Project").
The UAT Tester will work in conjunction with the University's Project Director or designee, the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services or "EOHHS" (the University's collaborator on the MA HIX/IES Project), and the MA HIX/IES Project Senior Management Team. The UAT Tester will be directly supervised and overseen by the Chief Information Officer of EOHHS, or his/her designee, in conjunction with the MA HIX/IES Project Senior Management Team.
The UAT Tester for the MH HIX/IES Project will be primarily responsible for supporting user experience testing, test case execution and defect management. The role includes working with the QA Test Manager, business stakeholders and subject matter experts, information technology project management and the HIX/IES project team to test the HIX/IES application with MassHealth users. This role is responsible for all tasks relating to user experience testing from test creation to test execution and documentation of issues/defects through resolution.
