- Techno-functional background in Concur
- Experience with core Concur development tools including Reports, Forms, Cognos Reporting and, Workflow Builder
- Experience engaging Concur Support to research and resolve issues would be an advantage
- Experience in launching and implementing Concur in a global organization
- Capable of managing business requirements while also understanding the technical side of application implementation
- Strong communication and documentation skills are required
- Good understanding of application configuration and interfaces to and from Concur, as well as financial system and AMEX
- Strong troubleshooting and issue management is required
- Able to interact with technical teams as needed
- Must have experience with previous implementations across an Enterprise installation
