Job Description:

CASE MANAGER:

v  Experience of IBM Case Manager Implementation and Solution design. Hands on experience mandatory.

v  IBM FileNet knowledge/working experience is required

v  Experience in Case Manager, Case definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

v  Strong Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Solution Design, Functional and implementation knowledge as well as general Planning and Customer Management skills. Coordination with offshore development teams.

v  Effective Analytical and Communication skills

v  Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to negotiate and influence executive level for decision making

v  Strong leadership, presentation and team management skills

IBM ODM:

Experience of IBM ODM Implementation and Solution design. Hands on experience mandatory.

v  Experience in ODM, Rules Design, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Rules

v  Strong Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Solution Design, Functional and implementation knowledge as well as general Planning and Customer Management skills. Coordination with offshore development teams.

v  Effective Analytical and Communication skills
