Job Title: IT - Project Manager | Development Methodology | Infosys Global Agile methodology

Role: Agile Coach
Responsibilities:
• Provide consulting, coaching and training on Agile & Scrum Adoption, enterprise agile transformation
• Contribute to the growth of Agile/Scrum Process Consulting Business
• Develop and deliver Agile & Scrum consulting solutions including training and process guidelines
• Champion in Agile transformation, mentoring and coaching newly organized agile teams and program level executives. Act as their trusted advisor
• Develop agile coaching & training materials, develop process guidelines specific to Scrum framework
• Contribute to the development and maturity of agile teams, conduct team maturity assessments, training assessments, compilation and presentation of assessment results
• Provide thought leadership in offering development through strategic thinking, innovation, and methodology improvement
Qualifications:
• MUST have strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
• MUST have good documentation skills leveraging PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Minimum 10 to 12 years' experience in Agile and Lean based process improvements in a large organization, preferable roles: Agile coach, Scrum Coach, process consultant in agile adoption and transformation
• We are looking for an Agile/coach, servant leader who is able to work with various different types of personalities, able to manage conflicts and their resolution, able to guide the leadership team in the right direction during Agile transformation.
• Resume should clearly articulate the coaching experience in a large scale enterprise agile transformation, coaching locally and geographically distributed teams
• MUST have experience in training teams on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP), when required conduct several days of training sessions and provide hands on guidance to the teams based on the trainings
• MUST have experience in conducting role based Agile trainings such as Scrum Master Training, Product Owner Training, cross functional team training including developers and testers
• Experience in managing or leading Agile engagements in a distributed agile environment such as on-site / off-site model
• Experience in creating and tailoring Agile processes based on customer needs and also sticking with Agile manifesto and principles
• MUST have In-depth knowledge of end to end software development lifecycle, with sound knowledge of various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, RAD etc.)
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in relevant Agile tools such as Rally, Version One, AgileCraft, LeanKit, JIRA-Agile, etc.
Certifications (should have industry recognized certifications related to Agile, having multiple of the following will be a big plus) such as:
• Certified Scrum Professional CSP (Scrum Alliance)
• Certified Scrum Coach CSC (Scrum Alliance)
• Certified Scrum Master CSM (Scrum Alliance)
• Certified Scrum Product Owner CSPO (Scrum Alliance)
• SAFe Program Consultant SPC4 (Scaled Agile Academy)
• Certified LeSS Professional (CLP)
Additional Qualifications (will be a big plus):
• Experience in enterprise Agile frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) with ability to guide the customer organization on the right path for Scaled Agile adoption and maturity
• Knowledge of DevOps capabilities such as Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD), Automated Testing, etc
• Experience in regularly interacting, training and coaching "C" level executives at the client site
• Deep understanding of scaled agile principles and practices
• Continuous Integration Tools, Infrastructure
