ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -  Daily Tasks will include but not limited to the following:

1. •        This role will provide primary development and support for BRIA, FEPS, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Shelter Management System (SMS).  
2. •        They will support other .Net applications as necessary and provide architectural guidance and mentoring to lower level staff.
3. •        Primary development and support for the BRIA and FEPS N-tiered .Net applications.
4. •        Primary development and support for the SMS hosted with Microsoft Dynamics CRM infrastructure
5. •        Secondary support for 40+ .Net applications 
6. •        Provide expertise and mentoring to lower level programming staff
7. •        Assist with architectural overview of existing applications and new proposed applications
8. •        Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.
9. •        Assist with implementation of .Net applications within Netforge/Apprenda as needed

MANDATORY SKILL/ EXPERTISE: - Please make sure your candidates meet all requirements below. 

• 96 months experience designing application architecture, developing & deploying n-tier asp.Net Web apps using vb.net web services.  
• 72 months acting in advisory role to IT management in Web application architecture, software evaluation, POC, and mentoring developers in areas such as system architecture, design patterns, common system utilities, and secure Web application coding.
• 24 Months Experience with deployment, management and configuration of Netforge/Apprenda's Platform as a Service (PAAS).
• 24 Months Developing CRM Solutions in Microsoft Dynamics
• 48 months experience coding with middleware software to connect to mainframe services.  .
• 24 months experience using object oriented concepts to design complex business objects, for example user-configurable contracts, government program eligibility rules, vouchers
• 60 months experience analyzing business processes and workflows, and working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve problems.
• 60 months development experience using Oracle and PL/SQL Packages, with good knowledge of SQL programming.
• Bachelors Degree
