ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: -  Daily Tasks will include but not limited to the following:

•             Overseeing projects comprised of multiple deliverables- Delegating and coordinating of tasks- Project status, meetings, scope changes, issues

Expert

•             Provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field

•             Develop Business Case

•             Develop ROM Budgets

•             Develop ITIR

•             Facilitate Approval Process

•             Develop the project scope 

•             Develop the project plan/WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)

•             Build the project team

•             Develop the schedule using MS Project

•             Maintain the schedule using MS project to track progress

•             Manage resources, manage issues, manage risks, manage changes through a formal change management process, manage user acceptance of deliverables

•             Facilitate meetings

•             Prepare status reports and give presentations to management  

•             Raise issues with Executive Management or Project Steering committees and propose solutions 

•             Ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies.

MANDATORY SKILL/ EXPERTISE: - Please make sure your candidates meet all requirements below. 

• 96 months – lead project manager of IT related projects, managing project execution and control, including maintaining project budgets, schedules, scope requirements, status reports, communication plans, and quality standards.
• 96 months - managing large scale enterprise IT Infrastructure projects which involve the integration of technologies such as mainframes, dot.net development and infrastructure.
• 36 months - experience managing enterprise level VDI and Citrix Projects.  
• 36 months – experience working as a Project Manager in a Project Management Office managing schedules using Microsoft Project.
• 36 months – using the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tool Service Now.
• 36 months - Project Management experience leading projects with direct stakeholder involvement at state government director level and above.
• 36 months - experience creating and reporting metrics to monitor workflows for use in process improvement efforts.
• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) – include copy of certificate
