Adobe CQ5 Lead Developer (H1B, EAD, US Citizen)

We are looking for an AEM Lead to supplement our team. We are currently working with UHC Community & State managing, maintaining and enhancing 

their site which was built on the AEM platform and is hosted with Optum IT. We have two developers involved but need someone with a little more 

experience who can take on a lead/architect type of role on the project. This is a project that is signed through the end of the year, and will likely 

continue into next year. At least a two-month need, very likely more like 6 months or longer. 
Looking for someone with at least 3 or 4 years of experience working in AEM who has experience in a leadership/architect type of role.

Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into technical implementation within the confines of the Adobe AEM framework 
Provide technical leadership and assistance to fellow development team members 
Understand the business and technical requirements to implement the application code accordingly 
Provide level of effort and timeline estimation as required by the Project Manager 
Identifying risk and helping to plan mitigation 
Communicates with all team members in a collaborative environment. 
Uses industry standards and best practices to implement solutions. 
Keeps abreast of new technologies and shares important findings with team. 
Leads team in improving the style, modularity, and reusability of produced source code. 
Leads team in developing innovative, scalable, and efficient software. 
Leads team in setting development methodologies

Requirements/Qualifications:
Comprehensive experience developing components, pages, and bundles utilizing AEM 6.x 
Strong understanding of JAVA, JSP, CRX, JCR, Felix, OSGi and other technologies involved in deploying solutions based on the Adobe CQ framework 
Strong understanding of front-end technologies and libraries including JQuery, ExtJS, JSON 
Strong understanding of OOP concepts, development patterns, computing complexity and algorithms 
Strong understanding of design and coding across all tiers in n-tier application development frameworks 
Strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for learning new technologies 
Must possess interpersonal, group discussion, decision making, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills 
Strong organizational and prioritization skills 
Self-motivated, creative and strong sense of accountability
