The client seeks a Mobile App and Java developer with significant experience to join an existing project at our facility in Herndon VA.

Required Skills:

JAVA:

6+ years advanced computer programming skills in Java, Java Servlet, Javabean, EJB, J2EE, Web Services, APIs, OO Design and HTML.

8+ years of experience in systems analysis and working closely with business customer

4+ years advanced computer programming skills in JavaScript/JQuery/AJAX

Advanced working skills in programming with SQL or Oracle.

Experience writing JUnit test-cases and building test-suites.

Significant working knowledge with the RAD/Eclipse/WebSphere

Familiarity with J2EE technology, such as JNDI, JMS, RMI, JNDI, XML, XSL, XSL-FO and JDBC

Experience with code versioning and change management concepts

Experience with full life-cycle software applications development (i.e., design, construction, testing, and implementation)

Experience with requirements definition and specifications design

MOBILE:

6+ years advanced iOS mobile and/or Android development experience.

Experience developing iOS (preferably iPhone) applications using Objective-C, iOS7 and Xcode 5.

Experience developing Android applications using Android Studio, SDK.

Experience with BootStrap, AngularJS, Apache Cordova

Experience developing and consuming RESTful Web services

Experience working with JSON

Experience working with JQuery

Experience using Subversion or Git with Xcode

Experience writing responsive code

Preferred Skills:

At least three years of experience as a member of an Agile Scrum development team

Proven ability to develop and maintain system documentation

Ability to work independently with minimal directio
