Job Description:

Instructional designers who will be responsible for training the client on the new HPE interchange system in Little Rock, Ark. Provide instructional design services including construction of lesson plans for

Instructor Led Training and development of Computer Based Training within Adobe Captivate.

The trainer will also instruct/support Instructor Led courses providing system training in classrooms of up to 24 trainees.

Medicaid Healthcare knowledge is preferred. The instructor must be on site, personable, client friendly and oriented, and able to teach a wide variety of technical savvy clients.

Based on identified training needs in the HP business segments/global functions, designs and develops sales, technical or leadership/management training materials, including both traditional and media-

based deliverables.

Works with project teams to assess, design, develop, evaluate and/or acquire content, and assist with the delivery readiness of sales, leadership/management and/or technical training programs.

Audiences may include HPE employees, partners, or customers. Tests and refines course content by delivering pilot training to sample participants; also delivers train-the-trainer programs.Specialist: Applies

developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.

Works on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope.

Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.

May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process.

Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
