Education/ Certifications (Required) : BE. AHIP Certified
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:
1. Driving JAD sessions for Requirements gathering & documentation
2. Coordination with internal & External stakeholders
3. Process mapping, creating business cases, evaluating and presenting solutions.
Will the candidate be client facing and/or working with business users? Yes.
What is the team size, make up, culture, soft skills, and dress code, Hours? The team will be composed of more than 10 cross cultural folks working across different time zones. Dress code will be business formals. Candidate should have a pleasant demeanor and very good verbal & written communication skills
Are you open to candidates from other states who can relocate to the client site? Yes
Any companies/vendors who have been able to service similar requirements in the past well within the rates and quality expectations
Interview Process (Is face to face required?) No
Any additional information you would like to share about the project specs/ nature of work. Candidate would be expected to be highly professional. Role would be a Business Analyst role which will require interaction with business clients, so candidate should have good communication skills. Good experience in Healthcare and finance systems is needed for this assignment.
