Description:

Time Inc. is seeking a Seasoned PeopleSoft 9.2 Treasury consultant to work on bank transition to new banking relationship for payments and deposits.  This role is for immediate hire with the latest start date in January 2017. It is a remote requirement with a duration of 9 months. A self-starter with initiative who can work independently with minimal directions against a set of deliverables and who possesses multiple TR implementation experience would be a great fit.  Experience in the following is valuable:

• Financial Gateway – Experience in setting Financial Gateway to facilitate the processing of electronic payments to the bank and receiving back of acknowledgement files of file receipt and errors.
• Bank Statement Accounting – Versed in creating bank statement accounting rules to enable auto-reconciliation of bank transactions for transfers, check/ach return through the creation of external transactions.
• Book to Bank Reconciliation – Ensure book to bank reconciliation processing can be utilized to perform month reconciliation of multiple bank accounts.
• Cash Management – Familiar with the cash management features to help guide best use of functionality which is not currently utilized.
• Techno-Functional consultant who can work directly with developers in the development of new payment files for processing of check and electronic payments
• Worked with both AP Payments and AR Deposits
• Positive Pay
• BI Publisher for Check Creation – Experience creating XML check layout based on specifications received from new banking relationship partner.
• BAI2/MT940/ISO2022 – Familiar with bank statement file data to extract relevant information to perform auto-reconciliation of system AP payments and AR deposits to the bank transaction.
