Skills-
- Working with the business teams to develop requirements for new projects
- Creatively design a solution that meets the business needs while maximizing the capabilities of Salesforce
- Drive the projects to completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with cross-functional business partners
- Write documentation for requirements analysis, design specifications, user guides and operating procedures.
- Advise business owners on best practices in Salesforce.com application configuration, security/permissions, workflow, customizations and data validation
- 5-7 years of related business systems experience
