Duration: 6+ months
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in building and supporting web applications
• 4+ years of experience in developing externally facing web applications using HTML. AJAX, JavaScript, CSS
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ruby/Rails including: erb, haml and ActiveRecord.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and common JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery
• Knowledge of object-oriented design and in particular Ruby design patterns and idioms
• Strong understanding of REST interface design and practices
• Strong test discipline along with experience in common ruby/rails test framework and practices
• Proficient in using relational SQL (Sybase, Oracle) and NOSQL (MongoDB)
• Experience with directory and security related technologies including LDAP a plus
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE
1. 6+ years building and supporting web applications
2. 4+ years of experience using HTML. AJAX, JavaScript, CSS
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ruby on Rails
3 years of Ruby on Rails, 6 years Web application. Looking for candidates that are strong partnership focused, can work in a collaborative environment and Agile experience is good. 6 month assignment with the possibility for an extension.
