JOB DESCRIPTION :

•      Facilitate scrum of scrums at the program level utilizing scaled agile concepts.  Mentor scrum masters at the team level

•       As a Scrum Master, coaches two to three teams in implementing and practicing  Agile Principles and methods;

•      Coaches teams toward self-organization

•       Promotes collaboration between many self-organizing, cross-functional development teams

•       Works closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are properly and fully defined prior to acceptance into an iteration/sprint

•       Holds teams accountable for meeting iteration/sprint commitments;

•      Enabler for the team to adhere to the process framework ceremonies ;

•      Coaches and supports teams in estimation and release planning;

•      Mediate, arbitrate, mitigate and facilitates impediments with the team members and the organizational hierarchy;

•      Leverages awareness to identify impediments, should the team not explicitly declare

•       Facilitates methods for the team to seek higher productivity levels

•      Enables the team with the 5 levels of planning – vision, roadmap, release, sprint & daily;

•      Has awareness of other development teams' overall roadmap plan, decreasing the possibility of duplicate work being done between teams;

•      Encourages and helps to achieve transparency by widely reporting/publicizing team progress/success to a varied group of stakeholders; and

•      Promotes and educates the entire organization to understand AGILE principles
