Position : Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
Initiate and complete analysis to drive strategies and solutions.
Manage the work effort and priority of the sandbox team to ensure timely delivery of goals.
May document story sessions and writing user stories with acceptance criteria for development efforts.
May be responsible for partnering with the Tech Lead to translate high level user stories into technical user stories for the development team.
Support the production and delivery of products in an agile product development environment, ensuring that priorities, schedules, budget, and business goals are met. Work with internal development teams and scrum master to define and meet project deadlines.
Support Product Managers in driving high quality customer experiences and exploring what is possible with evolving relevancy models tools through the creation of business cases, determining feasibility of new feature enhancements, prioritizing work based on return on investment, customer satisfaction, product performance, and overall strategic company goals.
Provide reporting metrics to help inform leadership of product growth.

Experience as a business analyst, project manager, product analyst or product manager for an online web organization

Ability to articulate clear and concise specifications for new products and new features.
Critical data analysis skills for complex business problems.
