Position : System Admin
Location : Washington DC
Duration : 6-12+Months Contract
No H1B OR OPT'S Face To face Interview
Must Be Local To MD, DC, VA Only!
Responsibilities:
Create and use scripts to automate repetitive tasks, manage systems, monitor health, and provide reporting metrics
Implement and interpret monitoring tools to gain insight into application performance, health, and trends
Work closely with software engineers to create and improve application deployment
Provide incident and problem management coverage and support
Define and document current and future configuration processes and operating procedures
Participate in afterhours deployments
Participate in on-call rotation to troubleshoot application-affecting issues.

Things to look for:
2 to 3 years PowerShell
Understands Windows OS 2012R2
Working knowledge of having worked on Servers where SQL 2012 is installed
Working knowledge of IIS and configuring Apps
Basic Networking Windows
