Role Description: Work directly and interact with the Client on Support related issues as a part of Global Support Team for SAP Treasury & FSCM-AR Areas.
Must have Skills:
· SAP-Treasury & Cash Management (TRM, IHC, BCM) SAP-FSCM– AR (Credit Management, Collection Management, Dispute Management and Billers Direct).
· Hands on Working Knowledge on Activities related to Support Project like Incident Handling, Change Request, and Problem Tickets. Ability to plan/meet SLA deadlines; Good analytical and problem solving skills;
· 8+ Relevant Years of Experience Treasury Valuations Hedging and Derivative Accounting Accounting knowledge Bills of Exchange functionality SAP Factoring solutions Vistex – rebates, chargebacks, deduction management Integration of OTC processes, specifically order processing and billing.
