Must Have:
PowerShell, will be scripting
Windows 2012
SQL server

Things to look for:
2 to 3 years PowerShell
Understands Windows OS 2012R2
Working knowledge of having worked on Servers where SQL 2012 is installed
Working knowledge of IIS and configuring Apps
Basic Networking Windows

Qualifications & Skills:
Solid experience with PowerShell scripting
Experience supporting SaaS/web operations with a firm understanding of concepts like distributed systems, monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management.
Experience implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting Windows in a SaaS or high-volume publicly facing website capacity.
Experience with cloud and hosted environments
Experience with CI and CD tools, particularly Octopus Deploy and TeamCity
Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in small teams
Familiarity with networking concepts and technologies
Ability to write effectively and concisely
Attention to detail
