- Must understand processes and process improvement
- Creative thinker
- Self-starter
- Lotus Notes, Outlook, MS Office, General IT Skills
- Excellent written & oral communications skills and the ability to turn technical jargon into something a customer understands
Duties & Responsibilities
- Guide through development of a 3-5 year data architecture road map
- Work with data architecture team to identify gaps and propose solutions
- Advise on tools which would lead to process improvement
- Document road map, assumptions and recommendations
