Get Client IT and Business approval on all project deliverables (including below, but not limited to) during project lifecycle:
BR30: requirement gathering document
BR60: fit/gap analysis
MD50: functional design for CEMLIs
BP80: business process flow
CV40: functional design for data templates
BR100: configuration document
