• CCNP Certification at minimum is a MUST requirement (in addition to CCNP any Juniper, or F5, or Palo Alto Certs are a HUGE plus)

·         Responsible for the development and maintenance of network communications.

·         Uses knowledge of LAN/MAN/WAN/WiFi systems to help design and install internal and external networks.

·         Tests and implements network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements.

·         Requires a bachelors degree and at least 10 years of experience in the field.

·         This role must be well versed with the advanced engineering and administration of multiprotocol routers, multilayer switches, WiFi, network security devices and network management systems. Possesses one or more industry standard certifications including CCNP, etc.

·         Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

·         Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.

·        A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must be familiar with managed services concepts within an outsourcing environment. Reports to a manager. 
Must demonstrate advanced enterprise level skills in LAN/MAN/WAN, WiFi and LAN facilities provisioning.

Cisco routing & switching, Cisco WiFi controllers, and Aruba WiFi Controllers. Additional experience with Aruba Clearpass, Vital QIP, F5 Load Balancers, Palo Alto Firewalls and enterprise WAN would be very helpful.
