My Client is looking for SSIS Lead

Position : SSIS Lead
Location : Chicago IL
Duration : 12+Months
Minimum 1 Year experience as a Lead
Description:
Overall 9+ years of experience with 5+ experience in both SSIS and SQL Server.
Must have solid SSIS package development experience with latest versions (2016/2014/2012/2008 and 2008 R2) and waterfall and agile methodologies.
Must have strong SQL server(2016/2014/2012/2008 and 2008 R2) experience with design knowledge of databases and be hands-on to be able to design, create SQL server DB, design and code SP's and other database objects as per requirements and business rules from scratch.
Must be able to write design documents for packages and databases to be built.
Must have excellent oral and written communication with need to interact clients directly.
Good to have good experience on Insurance domain preferably related to worker compensation.
Preferred to have Microsoft certification.
Strong with data analysis of various input data file formats with multiple record types.
Must be able to perform tasks (data analysis, design DB, design ETL process/package, develop and deploy SSIS packages) independently.
Must be both individual contributor, good team player and self-motivated to take on challenges.
