Job Description:
Someone at least a senior consultant who has implemented Oracle cloud compensation module.
Likely candidate would have done Oracle EBS compensation and then done oracle cloud compensation.
Skills required:
-Able to focus on customers.
-Get requirements from clients.
-Run conference room pilots.
-Advise clients on key design, decision, best practice, pitfalls etc.
-Can configure oracle cloud compensation.
-Can face off to senior clients in HR organization.
