***This is a FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS ANALYST POSITION, not TECHNICAL.  They will be rewriting their Dental Insurance product offering

• 7+ years' experience; Act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of a department/unit, and recommend solutions that enable them to achieve its goals by bringing structure and formalization of requirements into the process.
• May include gathering business requirements, assisting in integration and acceptance testing, supporting the development of training and implementation material, participating in the implementation, and providing post-implementation support as well as responsibility for investigating business systems, identifying options for improving business systems, and assisting in bridging the needs of the business with technology.
• May also be called upon to develop project plans and provide project management skills.

Additional Job Requirements: 

• This position will be supporting a product rewrite project.
• This is not a typical SDLC project.
• The BA will support deliverables around: reviewing current product specifications and facilitating discussions on the future product specification.
• There is competitive analysis and facilitation of business input.
• There is review of existing contract wording with the current product and how the content structure needs to change.
• Review existing forms and determine updates.
• Tracking state objections to the contract/cert wording.
• There will be overlap with a project that is implementing a new policy admin system where the BA will need to engage and keep informed of product updates.
