MUST HAVES:
5-7 Years Development Experience with C# .NET (4.5 Preferred, nothing below v 4.0)
Strong Experience with WPF (in last role! They could have done web apps in the past)
MVVM Framework (Model view view-model)
Experience working with 3rd party tools such as Infragistics, DevExpress or similar
IoC frameworks ex: spring.net
Experience with SQL Server Database
SVN/Git Hub Experience (Able to send us their link for examples)

Person should be able to communicate with the stakeholders of the application and technology peers to deliver the functionality. They will be an integral part of the development for a commodities trading application for capital markets and must understand all financial terminology as well as technical application.
