Job Summary/Description

The Crypto Services team is looking for an experienced technical project manager to manage multiple cross-functional infrastructure initiatives. This individual will oversee daily management of infrastructure projects including networking, servers, storage, and security located in remote data centers. Prior hands-on experience building and maintaining such environments with a strong emphasis on security is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning meetings, publishing minutes, following-up on action items.

• Coordinating changes with cross-functional teams, including developers, site reliability engineers and network/system engineers.

• Using internal ticketing systems to track and document progress.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision. The individual must have the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly, and summarize & document them clearly. The position requires excellent attention to detail, oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision making, analysis, and problem solving skills.

Additional Job Details:

• Strong background in hands-on infrastructure build/support required.

• Awareness of information security best practices preferred.

• Basic understanding of cryptographic signing and encryption a plus.

• Experience with Splunk a plus.

• Experience with OmniGraffle a plus
