Title: Tier 4 voice Engineer

Must Haves:
5+ years experience in testing and production support of VoIP applications
SME level knowledge of Tier 4 VoIP protocols: SIP, RTP, IPv4 and IPv6, DIAMETER, DNS, H.248, IPSec, TCP-IP, LDAP
SME level knowledge of support of SIP protocols: registering devices, messaging between elements, SIP message errors, call routing/flow
Strong experience and understanding of IMS networking architecture
Unix/Shell Scripting experience
Familiarity with Wireshark OR (Exfo, Ixia, or Teketronix Iris)
Previous experience with Nokia, Ericsson, Metaswitch and/or other major vendors' VoIP applications and IMS applications: CTS, ISC, MGC8, PCM, SCG, SDM, Oracle DSR, SS8 LIG, SBG, SBC
Excellent problem solving skills and communication skills
Bachelors Degree
