Lead Senior Functional Consolidation resource responsible for all aspects of an Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation Cloud Services (FCCCS) implementation including requirements gathering, application design, application configuration, client mentoring and training, and development team management. Must be hands on and able to perform the work as well as oversee the work performed by other team members and offshore. Must be able to lead a team of offshore developers and perform QA on their work. Must understand Legal Consolidations, Accounting rules associated with consolidations and eliminations, and how it is implemented within FCCCS. 

One implementation of FCCCS, and working knowledge of FCCCS processes. 

Understanding of differences between FCCCS and HFM. 

Knowledge of Data Management and EPM Automate for interaction with Data Integration team 

Candidates should be fluent in English (both verbal and written), be able to lead requirements gathering sessions, and build presentations and design documentation. Communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of an organization. 

Eight + years combined experience between FCCCS/Hyperion Financial Management (Consolidation) and data integration tools (FDMEE, ODI, etc.) 

Must know consolidation rules for USGAAP and IFRS, understand eliminations and minority interests 

Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Solution Architecture knowledge and Technical Solution Design implementation. 

Lead Offshore teams and be responsible for the quality of work they deliver. 

Perform quality checks on all items being delivered from offshore. 

Perform regular meetings with offshore team to stay updated on progress and discuss issues. 

A commitment to excellence and the drive to deliver the highest quality product are expected. Keep the client informed about progress, issues, and risks through regular written and verbal communications in order to follow the project timeline. 

Act as the main developer of the changes throughout the development lifecycle. 

Experience with end to end Consolidation implementations 

Knowledge of integration with SAP ERP a plus. 

Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving/debugging skills (Calc Script, PLSQL, hierarchy creation, form building, business rules) 

Able to create FCCCS/Essbase: models, calculation scripts, web forms and business rules, workflow management, project documentation and reports. 

Able to work with technical team and Project Managers to define right solution for the problem at hand 

Effective and persuasive written communications at project team level, meeting facilitation and presentations 

Create test scripts and monitor user acceptance testing. 

Able to transfer knowledge by coaching, training and mentoring
