• Have more than 10 years total IT experience in the field of Analysis, Design, Programming, Testing, Implementation and Production Support using COBOL, JCL, ISPF, IMS DB, PL1, VSAM, DB2 and CICS in IBM Mainframe environment.
• Over 4 years of project leadership and team management experience.
• Good understanding and insight of working in client server environments and able to work in any environment (client server /mainframe).
• Worked in projects for analysis, development and maintenance of Auto Insurance, Banking & Financial and Retail Sectors.
• Experience in devising Quality processes, preparing periodic quality metrics and attending process reviews.
• Excellent skill in Business Analysis, Design, Data Analysis, Data mapping, Requirement Analysis, Test Cases, Test Plan Development and peer reviews.
• Developed and enhanced software documentation and standard templates to create technical system design and reporting.
• Excellent programming, testing and analytical skills.
