Job Description: 

Administration you'd have to do:

o    Manage our client's SFDC database of record, implemented on the SFDC platform for all organization users

o    Perform basic administration of our client's SFDC instance

o    Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures

o    Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users

o    Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity

o    Establish and execute a backup process to protect the organization's data assets that are stored in SFDC

o    Administer security model of the organization

o    Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure security model is aligned with business practices

Training and Documentation you'd have to do:

o    Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for database users; coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions worldwide

o    Develop and communicate a schedule for future database releases/enhancements

o    Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (additional training sessions or communications) to make improvements

o    Assist users with report design and management

Experience and skills you'd need to have:

o    Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science) and five or more years of experience. Experience as a consultant is preferred.

o    Two or more years of SFDC development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development

o    Three or more years of Java or C# development experience, and 3 or more years of web application development experience

o    Strong documentation and training skills

o    Proficient in data manipulation and ETL tools

o    Mastery of data manipulation and database integration for websites

o    Current DEV-401 certification or higher

o    Experience developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems, preferably with an emphasis on sales, customer service, or marketing issues

o    Solid knowledge of SQQL. In-depth experience with jQuery and/or ExtJS a plus.
