3 years DBA experience working with large scale re-engineering projects
3 years DBA experience working with Very Large Databases (VLDBs)
1 year experience upgrading SQL Server 2005 to later versions
5 years of Database Administrator experience
5 years experience mentoring in DBA best practices.
