• Strong communications

Job Description:

Requirements:

·         Strong mapping documentation Skills from Source to Target mapping.

·         Banking experience strongly preferred

·         Informatica experience preferred

·         XML familiarity required

·         Be able to understand Payments Transactions and map it into ISOXML Standards

·         Strong experience in ISO XML Standards, SWIFT Standards, BAI2 Standards, Quickbook file format, X12, and payment Transactions for Credit/Debit/Draft/Wire payment types

·         Experienced in Agile methodologies, write stories on weekly basis. Be able to handle multiple mappings concurrently

·         Strong communication Skills, both written and verbal. Coupled with the ability to work with cross Functional Resources (all levels of seniority) to communicate both business and Technical problems and solutions to both Technical and non-Technical audiences

·         Ability to maintain Strong attention to detail when documenting and analyzing required information in data mapping exercises

·         Requirements gathering: ability to lead the facilitation of requirement sessions including asking the right questions to get correct level of requirement details

·         Strong analytical Skills and possess the ability to breakdown and manage different streams of issues in a fast-paced environment

·         Support efforts to assess current state, identify customer Requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information
