Minimum Requirements:
* coordinating, planning, and evaluating projects using accepted project management methodologies.
* Experience monitoring and managing project quality to ensure project deliverables are acceptable and fulfill the terms of the project contract or specifications.
* Experience compiling and distributing project information, project status reports, and project budget expenditures.
* Experience coordinating project activities with other state agencies, governmental jurisdictions, or private sector partners Experience and contractors.
* Experience reviewing and recommending proposals and bids to management.
* Experience monitoring and managing project cost to ensure project is completed within budget.
* Experience identifying potential project risks and difficulties and designs strategies to mitigate or avoid them.
Preferences:
* Experience initiating projects, obtaining authorization and commitment and demonstrating business need and project feasibility.
* Ex*perience developing criteria for evaluating programs, proposals, and other pertinent information related to project assignments.
* Experience developing project budgets, schedules, work plans, resources requirements, and cost estimates and projections.
* Experience coordinating the work of others.
