Skills:
Ø Strong Oracle technical experience with knowledge on PL/SQL and Oracle forms.
Ø Should be able to manage onshore / offshore teams across different locations (possibly a multi vendor situation as well).
Ø Should have the appetite to learn the application faster and be a self driven leader.
Ø Strong communication is a must, as the environment is extremely challenging in terms of the projects in pipeline
