Roles & Responsibilities
General configurations/customizations of Knowledge Management Solution
Configure article types, custom fields, categories, etc.
Configure allowed value lists (ex: states/provinces, retention categories, expert group listing)
Create users/permission sets/roles/profiles, etc.
Create/configure reports and dashboards
Configure app functionality (ex: screen layouts, number of articles to display, pagination on/off, etc)
Configure in-language settings
Create/configure report designs
Configure article rating/feedback features
Configure/Customize Knowledge Management Solution for Knowledge authors
workflows for Guided Help
Approver process automation for the KM Publishing process
Configure Knowledge Management Solution for Internal Knowledge management users residing in contact centers, operations areas, etc.
Configure page layout
Create/configure report designs
Manage users/roles/permissions
Build FAQ Self-Service apps/UI's for customers including both online and mobile
Requires integration work via API's (e.g. Web Services)
Knowledge Reports & Dashboards – Pre-defined reports and dashboards for managing and tracking article usage
Integration work between CRM and Knowledge Management Solution
Analysis of specific business situations to determine if integration is necessary
Configuration/development of Knowledge Management connector
Data mapping/migration of content from Current to Future state solutions
Review of architecture deliverables (business, arch, and tech)
Insight into the implementation of the Knowledge Management
Solution(challenges/best practices)
Manage the transition from current knowledge management product to future product/version
