Java Enterprise Edition (experience with Eclipse and/or Rational Application Developer Required 5 Years
Database Programming/SQL Experience with major DBMS (DB2, SQL Server, Oracle) Required 3 Years
Web Services Experience (SOAP, RESTful) Required 3 Years
Superior analysis and troubleshooting skills. Required
Superior oral and written communication skills. Required
Java Certification Desired
Java Frameworks (Spring, Hibernate). Desired 2 Years
Messaging Experience (MQ/JMS). Desired 2 Years
XML Experience (XML, XSD, XSLT). Desired 2 Years
IBM Rational Tool Suite (i.e. Clear Quest/Clear Case, Manual Tester/Functional Tester) Training/Experience. Highly desired 2 Years
IBM Websphere Experience Desired 2 Years
Previous PennDOT Application Development Experience and knowledge of PennDOT Systems & Standards. Desired
