QA Tester with Property and Casualty

Location - Boston MA

Project LEAD-TESTING PRACTICE             

Testing Functional Testing - Manual    

ONSITE Test Lead: Will interact effectively with Client QA Manager and gather requirements. Understand the project specifics and cascade the information and project artifacts to offshore team. Excellent Communication Skills. Hands on testing experience (minimum 7-8 years testing exp) in functional manual testing of client server/web applications. Experience in test case design, test case execution, test planning, test effort estimation, test metrics, status reporting, project monitoring, issue escalation and risk management. Hands-on experience with EXCEL Macros (2-3 years).

Must have Insurance domain experience (P&C). Having experience in test automation tools like QTP is a plus. Should possess setting expectations and client management skills. Should be willing to work in onsite-offshore model. Mentor offshore team as needed.
