Position: Oracle PL/SQL Developer
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 6 months
Locals or nearby face to face after phone interview
· Experience working for financial company, familiarity with basic financial concepts/instruments
· Ability to analyze business requirements and create technical specification
· Knowledge of Asset Management / Fund Retail/Institutional businesses is not required but great plus
· Strong problem solving skills and ability to perform well under minimal supervision
· Team player with strong communication skills
· Very strong SQL development skills (at least 7 years)
· Oracle PL/SQL development – at least 7 years
· Understanding of BI and DW concepts required
· ETL Development – at least 3 years
· Knowledge of Linux environment
· Solid understanding of development lifecycle and experience with any major source control system
· Knowledge of Java is a plus
· Familiarity with Perl is a plus
