Experience : 15+ years

Skills / JD :
· Excellent communication & customer management skills interfacing with multiple stakeholders / business users.
· Own the project/product requirements, create roadmap for the product
· Facilitate Requirement-gathering process with stakeholders to streamline product delivery. Get feedback from business users and end-users of the product and plan for continuous improvements
· Work with project teams on delivery (estimates, scope, design, non-functional) and get planned features delivered within committed timeframes
Plus:
· Software development experience & relevant technical experience on similar areas (ruby on rails, java) and online B2C experience
· Resorts/Casino or Entertainment Domain Experience
