Location: Sunnyvale CA
Duration: 6months
Rate: $60/hr c2c Ai
Technical Lead:-5-8 years
• Strong experience in Architecture Design, Development and Integration experience in Salesforce.com & Force.com .
• Minimum 3years experience in Salesforce.com
• Strong hands on experience in
• Customization & Configuration - Apex / Visual force / Triggers / Controllers / Workflows / Approvals
• Strong Experience in Web Services, Salesforce API, Force.com
• Experience in Integrations between SFDC and any other systems like Siebel and SAP. Strong in Integrations, web services, SOAP, XML and workflow.
• Integration experience with ERP systems thru middleware like Informatica / CastIron / WebServices, etc
• Strong experience in Solution Design and Architecture
• Strong in Customer facing, Leading 5-10 members teams
• Experience to work in onsite-offshore model
• Preferably Salesforce.com Developer Certified 401 / 501
Key areas of responsibility
As a IT Tech Lead
· Accountable that the solution designs meet the functional requirements specified by the Sr. Business Analyst.
· Accountable that solution designs meet platform architecture. Provide feedback to the Solution Architect on architecture and design.
· Accountable that deliverables meet requirements w.r.t. reliability, availability, manageability, performance, and security and compliance.
· Supports development team in performing build automation and configuration management.
· Supports the Delivery Manager in timely provision of technical environments.
Domain specific details:
· Mimmum 5years of CRM experience
· SFDC implementation of atleast 2 cycles.
· Configuration and administration of SFDC Good understanding of the business process in the area of CRM.
· Knowledge on the data loads and quality
· Knowledge of migration from anyother CRM to SFDC will be an added advantage Experienced in coaching technical teams and developers.
· Experienced with estimating software development.
