Job Title: QA Analyst w/Wireshark
Location: NYC
Duration: 12 Months
Note: requires automotive sector experience
Primary responsibilities
Write and execute test cases for the overall iHeartRadio platform, which includes Automotive, Internet enabled devices and Web.
Create, maintain and execute detailed automated regression testing of Web apps across multiple platforms, utilizing various testing tools.
Responsible for testing efforts which include end to end and user acceptance testing phases utilizing best practices in software testing methodologies.
Required qualifications
3-5+ years test experience in web, internet technologies with a thorough knowledge of the software development lifecycle principles and QA methodologies.
Experience with packet capture tools such as Wireshark.
Detailed oriented with excellent verbal and written skills.
Understanding of web and wireless standards.
Must be a highly technical, customer focused and motivated self-starter who is able to work individually and/or within a team.
Degree in Computer Science, IS Engineering, or related field.
Desired background
Experience with packet capture tools such as Wireshark.
Experience testing in an automotive sector.
Experience testing with web browsers.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JAVA, SQL, UNIX, and Python is ideal.
