Duration: 6+ months
Rate: Open
The individual(s) will work with AHCCCS staff to:
• Complete the requirements and analysis
o Web security
• Complete the design
o Data base design
o Data base development
• Complete the web security development
o Integrate security module
o Integrate security functions
• Complete the testing
o Unit
o Integration
o System
• Complete the implementation of completed security modules
• Provide post implementation support
Skills Needed:
• A strong understanding of web application security standards, including Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) and Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE)
• Experience implementing web applications with sensitive data while adhering to (OWASP) and (CWE) standards
• A minimum of 5 -8 years .NET Framework experience
• A minimum of 5 -8 years C# programming skills
• A minimum of 5 -8 years SQL Server 2005-2008 experience
• SQL experience using Oracle and SQL Server
• Complete software lifecycle, systems design, analysis, and testing procedures
• Ability to meet strict deadline requirements and prioritize based on Project Plan
• Healthcare knowledge is a plus
