Job Title: Lead .NET Developer
Location: Columbus,OH (Locals for face to Face Interview )
Duration: 6+Months Contract !!

REQUIRED:
7+ years of professional design and development experience using Microsoft technologies.
Experience with service-oriented, multi-tier architecture, and implementation of scalable, high-performing .NET web applications
Strong experience in Object Oriented Programming and Concepts
5 years of experience with .NET 3.5 and/or above
5 years of experience working in .NET MVC 3 or above with VB or C#
5 years of experience in SQL Server 2008 and above
5 years of experience working with WCF
3+ years of experience leading a team of developers
Strong experience in JQuery and JavaScript.
Experience in design, code, analyze, configure, unit test, and maintain applications
Experience using Test Driven Development (TDD) using NUnit / XUnit or similar
Experience using MOQ or any other Mocking Framework
3+ years in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS)
Experience in Agile development
Proven communication and teamwork skills
Strong aptitude for identifying problems and areas of improvement
Desired:
Experience using ASP MVC 5.0
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Microsoft Certifications would be a plus
Experience leading remote developers
Knowledge and experience with US DoD, AF, or AFRL an added PLUS but not required.
Experience as ScrumMaster or other related Agile SDLC's
Current CompTIA Security+ Certification Preferred, but not required
NAC-I or Secret Clearance Preferred but not required
Role and Responsibilities
Individual will be responsible for design and coding of complex ASP MVC, C#, multi-tier, web based solutions that meet our customer business requirements.
Work with IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Architect to design and develop solutions to address business needs and opportunities, and propose changes that would improve the overall solution.
Prepare system documentation as required.
Work with developers to solve complex technical issues.
Lead a team of developers making sure we meet deadlines and maintain quality while meeting client's requirements.
The Sr. Design Analyst/Lead Developer will work closely with the Architect designing the system and the Application Development Manager to ensure the system is built and delivered as expected.
Solution will be developed using a TDD approach.
The person may also work as a mentor to other less experienced developers
