Position Title: Business Analyst
Term: Contract
Location: Houston, Texas (Need Local Only!!)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively and foster strong relationships with business users and stakeholders
Clearly communicate the business case to project team to assist with decision making and prioritization; keeps business case front and center to drive decisions.
Main point of contact with business owners, process owners, application/technology owners
Create and update functional documentation
Day-to-day tracking of project team activities
Status reporting and progress communication to IT management and business partners.
Issue and risk identification, mitigation and, if necessary, escalation
Education and Experience:
Required: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, MIS or similar area of study. Eight years of previous experience required.
Preferred Systems Experience:
Peoplesoft HRMS, specifically ACA experience
Vendor Experience
Tango Health
Hewitt/AON
