Position- QA Test Coordinator

Details:

Minimum 5 years of testing experience. Working knowledge of SDLC process. Experience in a structured test environment. Complete tasks assigned by Test Manager. Transform functional requirements into system specifications. Define test plans and test acceptance criteria. Create Test Scripts based on requirements. Trace requirements to test scripts. Execute tests and evaluate results. Assign tasks to and coordinate with offshore testing teams during execution to complete assigned tasks as needed. Interface with client users, application teams to document test plans. Work across multiple cross-functional teams to execute full system, interface, and end-to-end testing.

SPECIAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Hands on SQL, Mainframe, Batch, ALM

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and think out of box. Ability to work in a process-oriented environment.
