Must have experience in Infrastructure including understanding of one or more of the following areas:
ECommerce - Understanding of site functionality
Retail Industry - Knowledge of retail industry and its key business drivers
Cloud Hosting - Data centers, continuous availability, multi-site hosting environments
Data Canter Management - Knowledge of what makes up a datacenter
Server Provisioning - Knowledge of non-functional requirements
IT Automation Understanding of automation as it relates to infrastructure.
Retail Industry - Knowledge of retail industry and its key business drivers
Cloud Hosting - Data centers, continuous availability, multi-site hosting environments
Data Canter Management - Knowledge of what makes up a datacenter
Server Provisioning - Knowledge of non-functional requirements

Advanced Communication and Facilitation Skills
A minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
Excellent capability to develop effective working relationships with various internal Service areas/providers.
Excellent skills in translating business partner needs and issues into an eCommerce infrastructure needs.
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
Advanced skills with Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
